Within Fondel Commodities, HSQE plays a significant role in the day–to-day business of providing long-term and sustainable raw material solutions. The qualified personnel of our HSQE department ensures a high standard of safety, environmental stability and quality in all of our processes, whether it be production, marketing or sales.
One of its main tasks concerns the compliance to all applicable national and international legislation, like REACH, waste legislation and legislation concerning food additives. HSQE monitors all developments and is pro-actively involved in several associations and working groups to guarantee full compliance.
Fondel Commodities prides itself in its health and safety record and the high level of social and environmental awareness of our company and our long-term partners. HSQE is aimed at continuous improvement and advises both its management and external partners on safety and environmental issues, to ensure optimal performance.
All of the processes of Fondel are regularly audited and, if applicable, approved by different certification bodies and authorities. Recently acquired certifications include ISO 9001 and GMP+. If needed, environmental and safety management systems are implemented. All regulatory trends and developments are closely monitored and, if so required, adopted.
